#2: Self Care

How are you doing? Genuinely, how are you?

Give yourself some credit! Regardless of who or where you are, or what you look like; be proud to be yourself. Proud for trying. Things aren't always easy, find people and communities that make you feel alive! Get outside, enjoy some fresh air. Be unapologetic in whatever it is you decide to do.  

Regardless of your belief system, there is no rule book or step by step playbook on this life thing. Not an accurate one at least. We all just became conscious at some point in our youth and at that point had to start moving forward, and learning things. We're constantly trying to make sense of this chaotic world around us. This isn't about existential fear though, quite the opposite! 

Love yourself. Self love & self care can go a long way. Whether it's music, exercise, reading, meditation, etc. find something that fits your style and gives you peace of mind. We're all on our own journeys, so go at your own pace. Much love!
